MindWorks Training is split into two main functions, primarily focused on commercial and corporate training, to enlighten individuals who require developmental support and up skill businesses that would benefit from information, on how to deal with mental health conditions in the workplace. It’s secondary function is a consultancy service which works with organisations delivering job retention, stress audits and managing mental health within the workplace.
MindWorks commercial training courses and consultancy service aim to deliver high quality awareness around the diverse area of mental health, as well as working towards breaking down the stigma and barriers around mental health in the work place. MindWorks delivers to public, private and third sector and has worked with large organisations such as the NHS and Ministry of Defence. MindWorks delivers non-accredited and accredited courses, including the internationally recognised Mental Health First Aid, safeTALK and Youth Mental Health First Aid.
MindWorks was set up as the training arm of Hull and East Yorkshire Mind in 2007, more recently MindWorks has expanded its services considerably, to now incorperate a consultancy service.
MindWorks Training is based in Hull, East Yorkshire and offers services which are both competitive and value for money, delivering to clients throughout the United Kingdom.
